Teriyaki Sauce:
1 cup soy sauce
2 oranges, Juice
1 tbs rice wine vinegar or any other vinegar
3 tablespoons honey or medium-brown sugar
1 pinch or more red pepper flakes
5 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh ginger root
or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 thinly sliced yellow or white onion
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
1 cup soy sauce
2 oranges, Juice
1 tbs rice wine vinegar or any other vinegar
3 tablespoons honey or medium-brown sugar
1 pinch or more red pepper flakes
5 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh ginger root
or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
1 teaspoon of corn starch
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat and simmer until it has reduced by half. Blend for smoothness or leave it chunky.
