Pineapples Shrimp Fried Rice






Pineapples Shrimp Fried Rice

Rice mixture:
3 cup cooked rice (preferably one  day old rice)
1 Tbs soy sauce
 1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp sugars
1 tsp chicken powder (chicken flavor bouillon)
3 Tbs white wine (optional restaurant secret ingredient)
1 tsp dark soy sauce
2 Tbs Ketsup

Sauté:
3 Tbs oil
3 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp ginger
3 eggs

 Vegetables:
1 cup green peas
1 cup chopped carrots
½ cups chopped pineapple fresh or canned
1 pound cooked shrimps
½ cup green onion or 3 stalks of scallions sprinkle on rice the very last


Combine rice mixture ingredients and set aside.  Sauté garlic and ginger in 3 tablespoons of oil and add eggs and stir. Add the rice mixture and stir.   Add vegetable ingredients and stir. Add cooked shrimps last.  Sprinkle with greens onions.  Serve warm
