Crazy Chicken













Marinade:

   2 T vinegar
    4 garlic cloves minced
      2 t salt
   2 t dried oregano
      1/8 t cumin
Some black pepper for taste
1 t chili  sauce
                12 oz. pineapple juice 
                          ¼ cup fresh lime juice
   2 T cooking oil
  6 drops yellow food color
1 whole chicken cut into 2 wings, 2  legs, 2 thighs, 2 breasts-discard spine bone and save for chicken stock
Place chicken pieces in Ziploc bag pour marinade over chicken place in refrigerator for 2 hours.  Drain meat and grill them until juices run clear.

Note: T= tablespoon, t = teaspoon
