How to Boil Boba Pearls

1 cup of Boba pearls
3 cups of water

 Bring water to a boil and add the pearls and  cook on medium heat  for 25 minutes, then turn the heat off  cover with lid and let it continue cooking for another 25 minutes.  Drain the water and add syrup for a chewy texture.
