1 tsp Five spices
2 drop red food coloring

Combine all ingredients and marinate the meat 1 hour.   Grill to your liking. Or bake at 350 degree until golden color.

Giant Cookie

Makes 1 giant cookie
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Dry ingredients:
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium bowl, cream together the sugars and butter. Add the egg and vanilla and mix. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in the chocolate chips.  Line a large baking pan with foil and press the cookie into a circle. I press my cookie into a 9-inch circle, about 1/4 inch thick. Bake for 13-16 minutes until the cookie is lightly golden brown.

My boss bought us pizzas and a giant cookie from a chain pizza restaurant.   I really love the giant cookie. So I decided to duplicate  the recipe.  It is not like the original, but I enjoy this recipe.

Enjoy!!

Strawberry Bouquet

Ingredients

6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
Red food 3 drops color to make pink drizzle
3 ounces white chocolate, chopped (divided for pink drizzle)
1 pound strawberries with stems (about 20), washed and dried very well
20 bamboo skewers

Directions

Wash the strawberries and dry very well.  Insert bamboo skewer in the strawberries. Melt the chocolates in a microwave at 30 seconds then stir and then heat for 30 seconds then stir, or until melted.)

Once the chocolates are melted and smooth (add ½ tsp shortening  for the glossy looks), remove from the heat. Holding the strawberry by the skewer, dip the fruit into the dark chocolate, lift and twist slightly, letting any excess chocolate fall back into the bowl. Set strawberries in a tall glass. Repeat with the rest of the strawberries. Dip a fork in the white chocolate and drizzle the white chocolate over the dipped strawberries. For finer design, place white melted chocolate in small zip lock bag and cut tiny tip.
